Free Cancellation – Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellation – Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be charged 50% of the booking amount.
No-Show – If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Date or guest changes are allowed 3 days before check-in, subject to availability.
Price differences (if any) will be applicable at the time of change.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons. (If applicable)
